HFLS provides interest-free loans of up to $7,500 per year to support tuition, fees, and other expenses for degree-granting undergraduate programs at accredited higher education institutions. Borrowers may take up to one loan per year over a maximum of four years during which the student is in school (for a maximum total of $30,000 in undergraduate loans).

- Download the Student Loan – Student Borrower Application & Guarantor Forms (only for independent students, e.g. heads of household)
- Download the Student Loan Financial Aid Officer Assessment Form, to be completed by a Financial Aid Officer at the student’s school
A copy of the student’s most recent tuition bill should be submitted with the documents above.
