Ian Shrank was a partner in two international law firms, Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and Allen & Overy LLP. He has authored numerous articles and chaired many panels focused on finance and law, and for over 30 years was the lead editor of a three-volume treatise called Equipment Leasing – Leveraged Leasing. In 2010, Ian left his firm and devoted himself to working with and for non-profit organizations. He continues to provide pro bono legal advice to organizations in need. In addition to serving on the HFLS Board, he is also the former Board Chair. Ian is the Chair at The Pingry School (a private day school) and sits on as the Chair of Per Scholas, Inc. (a national workforce development organization). Ian is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Law School.
