I moved from Brazil to the U.S. with my family when I was seven. For nearly a decade, I’ve called the Rockaways home. Living here, I realized something was missing—access to a luxury salon experience that truly catered to all hair types, including curly hair. With over 20 years in the hair care industry, my passion extends far beyond styling. It’s about wellness, confidence, and connection. My goal is for every client to leave not just with great hair, but feeling cared for, beautiful, and seen.
Starting my own salon was a dream, but like many entrepreneurs, I faced a major hurdle: funding the expansion. Finding capital as a small business owner is incredibly difficult, especially if you want to stay independent or avoid high interest debt. I had tried crowdfunding, but it wasn’t enough.
