Lynne Galler

Board Member

Lynne Galler brings expertise in assessment, strategic planning, leadership development, and business management to the HFLS board. She has conducted assessments of health, nutritional status and poverty for the World Bank, World Health Organization and the National Academy of Sciences; and she has done strategic planning for a number of for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Dr. Galler ran the world’s largest chemical company manufacturing vitamin K, and she started an aroma-therapeutic/ayurvedic skincare company. She received a Ph.D. in Biology from Harvard University, a M.S. in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Mathematics and Physics from Grinnell College. Lynne and her husband live in New York City. They enjoy yoga, hiking and traveling off the beaten path. Their three children and six grandchildren live in Israel.
