Mark J. Gerstein is a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company. Previously, he was a Vice President in the Capital Investments & Transactions team in Global Finance at InterContinental Hotels Group (“IHG”). He also spent several years as IHG’s Chief Capital Markets Officer for the Americas. Prior to IHG, he was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank in their real estate and lodging group and was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley. Mark graduated from McGill University with a civil engineering degree and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives on the Upper West Side with his wife Valerie and their two daughters. Mark is actively involved with UJA-Federation of New York’s Hospitality Division.
