Maura Keaney is the Senior Vice President for Client Engagement at Amalgamated Bank, a national financials service provider to the nonprofit, philanthropic and union fields. In her nearly 10 years at the Bank, Maura has worked closely with organizations financial service and treasury management offerings, lending and investment, as well as developing strategic partnerships and expanding the brand. Maura’s extensive work in New York City government includes serving as Deputy Chief of Staff to the City Council and leading public engagement for the NYC Department of Education. Maura was NYS Political Director for the garment workers union and has organized and lead many issue-based and candidate campaigns across the State and City. Maura lives with her husband and teenaged sons in Connecticut, but defines herself as a New Yorker after 30 years in the City.
