Paul Siegel is a Co-Founder and the Managing Principal of Emet Capital Management, which specializes in distressed and special situation real estate opportunities within the municipal marketplace. Mr. Siegel is a former member of the Board of Directors of the UJA-Federation of New York, where served on multiple leadership committees and grant-making task forces for more than 10 years. Mr. Siegel is an alumnus of the Wexner Heritage Program. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Jewish Communal Fund, a donor-advised fund. Mr. Siegel is the driving force behind Emet Capital Management’s Impact Initiative, a philanthropic effort aimed at aiding low-income and marginalized college students through a scholarship program.
