Where do you currently work?
I am currently the CEO of Dansker Capital Group, a commercial mortgage brokerage company.

How long have you been on the Next Gen Steering Committee?
I have been on the NGSC for about two years.

Why did you join the Next Gen Steering Committee?
The mission of HFLS—helping others without expecting anything in return—spoke to me from the moment I learned that the organization existed. Also, because my career is about making loans, working with HFLS felt like a natural fit for the subject matter that I know about and can add value to.

Where did you go to college and what did you study?
I studied Political Science at the University of Chicago.

Do you hold any advanced degrees? If so, in what?
I also have a Juris Doctor degree from NYU Law School.

What is one interesting/fun fact about yourself?
If my life had taken a different turn, I would have strongly considered a career in linguistics—I have studied Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese, and Hebrew—languages are my neglected passion.
